We will treat you as if you were a member of our family.

Our patient’s well-being and happiness is of paramount importance to our whole dental team at all times.

We strive to deliver the very best possible results to our patients and we also endeavour to make the whole patient journey from the initial point of contact, through treatment to the after care, to be at the highest level of customer care and service, enjoyable, relaxing, stress-free and with the end result being totally worthwhile.

What can you expect to experience on your patient journey?

From the moment that you first make contact with the clinic, either by calling us or filling out a contact from on our website, we will greet you in a professional, friendly and caring manner and we will provide you with any information that you may require. We will work around you and your lifestyle to arrange any appointments or call backs & will cater to your specific needs.

We will NOT push our patients in regards to making decisions about:

  • Arranging a free consultation or appointment
  • Going ahead with treatment

We WILL always be upfront with the information we provide to you regarding the treatment that you are interested in and will supply you with an accurate treatment plan and prices before you commit to having any treatment with us. We promise to clearly explain your treatment plan and any steps this may have and we want to make sure that you are happy with all the information given to you before we progress.

The Steps of The Journey

Step 1 – Initial contact/enquiry

We will always respond to each and every form of communication with both new and existing patients in a friendly, professional, helpful and courteous manner.

Step 2 – Appointment booked

Once your appointment has been booked at a time and date convenient to you,  we will send out a confirmation of your appointment booking along with a welcome pack if you are a new patient, this will provide further information about the clinic. If you do have any further questions once you have received this please feel free to contact us we are always happy to answer any questions!

Step 3 – Free consultation/first appointment

When you enter our clinic, you will be treated by all members of our team with care and respect and the team will always act professionally, friendly and courteously to you and your needs.

You WILL NOT be judged even if it has been a long time since you last visited a dentist. We all understand that nerves, stress and anxiety can put people off from going to the dentist. We also know it can be quite scary visiting the dentist, we do understand this and sympathise with your fears, but we are here to help, there will be no rush for you and everything will be done at a pace that you are happy and can cope with.

Step 4 – Treatment plan

Once you have been to see us for your consultation, we will make a bespoke treatment plan, this will include all the treatment options discussed and costs involved, once finalised this will be sent over to you to make sure that you are happy.

If there is anything that you are unsure about on your bespoke treatment plan please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you and answer any questions that you may have, we want you to be happy with your treatment plan and in control of your treatment!

Step 5 – Accepting treating

Once you have received your treatment plan and taken the time to consider the treatment option you wish to proceed with please call us or email us to arrange an appointment to commence your treatment.

Step 6 – Treatment

Your treatment will then commence in order that your plan sets out. Your dentist will keep you informed of the progress of your treatment and will make sure that you are always happy with the way that things are progressing.

Your dentist will be happy to explain at any stage any part of your treatment, please ask us if there is anything that you are unsure of. Our aim is to make sure that your treatment is completed with the results that you want and for you to be 100% happy.

Step 7 – Aftercare

Once your treatment plan is complete, we may need to make you a follow up appointment with your dentist so that they can check up on you.

We will also contact you to make sure that you are completely happy with the treatment you received and to check that you are ok.

COVID-19 update

Many of you will be aware that during the latest Covid 19 update dental practices have been given the green light to re-open the surgery from 8th June. Whilst this is good news, there are a number of procedures that we have being putting in place to make treatment safe for our patients and staff, as we are sure you will appreciate, this is taking some time to set up.

Our intention is, if at all possible to commence opening on the 8th June but this is entirely dependent on our ability to obtain training and appropriate PPE which as you know there is a great shortage of. This equipment will be essential for us to be able to operate.

From 8th- 29th of June we will be prioritising the most urgent of cases including those who have been experiencing problems during this lockdown period. We will contact you directly to arrange an appointment. This period may be extended if required.

Rest assured we are trying our utmost to source this PPE as soon as possible to enable us to extend our treatment further to include fillings, crown/bridge work, root treatments and surgical extractions, scale & polish ect.

We anticipate that it will be several weeks before we will be able to commence these more advanced procedures.

This is a rapidly changing environment which we are adapting to as quickly as we possibly can. We really appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this difficult period and look forward to welcoming you back to the practice soon.
